Clean - comfortable - staff - bed very comfortable - bath tube for hot bath after cold day walk - beside metro and RER and super market. We really liked the location of the hotel which is 4 to 5 mins walk to metro & RER station (turning right) and tram station (turning left). Even though the hotel is located in a busy urban area, the area is generally quiet at nights. There’re plenty of areas to eat in (McDonald is next door!), and there’s a supermarket (turning left) which you can reach in 6-7 mins by foot. The rooms are air conditioned, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, small refrigerator, electric hob, dishwasher and basic kitchen utensils. The shower room is spacious with attached toilet; shower gel and plenty of towels are supplied. There is a restaurant in the ground floor where you can get your breakfast. Attached to the restaurant is a small garden where you can chill out! Staff are warm and friendly; especially we would like to say a huge thanks to Thana and Juan, staff at the reception for all their support and kind gestures, and making our stay as a memorable one; you both are an absolute credit to your team!

Warm and helpful reception staff. Generous size of room (1 bedroom superior apartment). This was a mezzanine bedroom above a lounge area with sofa bed, so easily fitted 3 adults, and there was just enough privacy that for a short stay, it served us enough like a 2-bedroom place (other sizes were booked out). The apartment was clean and the beds large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and a large dining table. We were able to arrange late checkout for an extra 20 euro so as to be able to leave at the right time for our train. The Cinémathèque Française is only a 20-minute walk across the river, and the métro stop is nearby. There is a supermarket not far from the property, several cafés, etc. Really helped to have 2 bathrooms (one upstairs over a bath, one downstairs with cubicle). The Bercy park is over the river too and a pleasant place to walk on hot evenings.

- Location very close to the Metro/RER station, literally a 2-min walk. We could reach any part of Paris in 20-25 mins so it was super convenient - Residential neighbourhood meant absolute peace and quiet and no tourists, at the same time it was lively with the locals going on with their lives - Lots of cafes/bakeries/bars/shopping stores like H&M, Decathlon in the vicinity - The room has a balcony which is always a nice thing to have in Paris :) - Self-sufficient in terms of facilities so we could cook our own food

I had a warm and friendly welcome and could enter the room like 3 hours before the regular check-in time (for 25 Euro extra), which was really convenient. The room was spacious with a desk and only few decorative elements; the bathroom was also very good. I did not use the kitchen. The bed was excellent. My room went to the back, and I slept very well. I want to highlight the breakfast (17 Euro), which I thought was outstanding: very nice baguette, cheese, fruit, quiche (and best madeleines ever).
